Snowy day here in Western Massachusetts- just bought Comfort & made the Shawarma meatloaf- I left the caramelized onions for next time (it was just the 2 of us) - I’ve been making meatloaf forever but never in my 12” cast iron pan- it was amazing! We’re snowed in today - a good time to go through the book!! Love all your books & ideas about flavor ❄️
