My only issue with colour-coded cookbooks is that sometimes the spine colour doesn’t match the front cover, and my brain is looking for the cover picture!
It has both and is separated out. There's plenty of each. I made a green bean dish and it was incredible (there's a photo on my latest Substack post-thing [new here and not sure what they're called really])
I have cooked quite few recipes from Lugma already, and each one has been a joy. It’s one of those cookbooks that becomes a true companion in the kitchen.
My brain finds recipe books more easily when they’re colour coded.

Lugma is great, cooked from it once already and just know it's going to be one we go back to over and over
Is it mostly vegetarian? Or definitely meat based? Thanks!

Thank you so very much OTK 🤗 I am so grateful to see our book ‘The Irish Bakery’ on your shelf. My heart is singing x
The names of two of the authors are spelled wrong in this post. Kenji Morimoto (not Mormimoto), and Asma Khan (not Ama).
Yesss The Irish Bakery 👏👏👏
