I made the tahini cookies last night and they came out delicious! Very moreish, hard to stop eating them! I'm doing my best to pace myself, and reluctantly sharing them with family.. 😊

They’re lovely. I substituted loads of things, coconut sugar, whole meal spelt and oat flour just because I had some to use up, black sesame. 😋

I took a lot longer than 10 minutes! Does the instruction to flip half way through mean turn the biscuits over or turn the oven trays around? Also domestic oven size means biscuits should be cooked in two batches. Mine all joined together.
